Hello,

I’m Alicia, a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist.

I graduated from the Body Intelligence Program in 2022 and am a practicing therapist registered with the Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Association of North America. However, my path to this work started long before then. I grew up in Ottawa with dreams of becoming a doctor in some faraway land, always fascinated by the body and how it works. That curiosity eventually carried me overseas, where I spent over a decade running a social enterprise business in Southeast Asia before returning home to Canada.

Back in Canada, I began a personal healing journey, blending meditation with anatomy. That exploration led me to Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, a practice I deeply value for its ability to meet the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—with gentle, listening presence.

I've always been drawn to both the measurable and the mysterious: the anatomy we can study and the lived experiences that shape our health in ways we don't yet fully understand. That perspective continues to inform my work today.

These days life revolves around family, long-table feasts with friends, campfires under the stars, and LOTS of podcasts. I'm endlessly curious about the many paths to health and wellbeing and I believe some of the most powerful forms of healing can also be the simplest... bare feet on the earth, a quiet walk among the trees, a conversation with someone you love, or pausing long enough to catch a sunset.

When I’m not with clients, you’ll most likely find me elbows-deep in the soil gardening, waist-deep in one of the Okanagan lakes with my family, nose-deep in a never-ending pile of books, or soaking up the beauty of this remarkable place I’m grateful to call home!
