Light of Water

Welcome, I’m Alicia, a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist based in Kelowna, BC.

The name SengNam ແສງນ້ຳ means “Light of Water” in Lao, a language and culture that shaped my life during the 11 years I lived in Southeast Asia. It reflects the essence of Craniosacral Therapy — the flowing intelligence of cerebrospinal fluid, like liquid light moving through the body, nourishing, protecting, and restoring balance.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) works with that same intelligence. Think of how a cut on your skin heals: without instruction, your body knows exactly what to do. Cells organize, tissues knit, balance is restored. That same blueprint for health is always alive within you.

Through gentle, listening touch, CST supports your body’s natural capacity to heal. In stillness, tension unwinds, the nervous system finds coherence, and vitality emerges.

Like light flowing through water, your whole being is invited back into harmony, ease, and renewal.
